Provides clinical breast examination, breast self-exam instruction, mammograms, pap smears, and limited diagnostic services to women who meet the following eligibility criteria: *Must be ages 50-64; *Must be a resident of Virginia; *Must have limited income (to 200 percent poverty level); *Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance; *Must NOT receive Medicaid/Medicare.
