Adults with developmental disabilities. Individuals participating in Connections must have a Community Living Waiver, which provides funding for the training and supports provided in the program.

This program provides personal, social and behavioral skills training to improve an individual’s quality of daily life. The program’s primary focus is to facilitate independent living and self-empowerment, while operating in accordance with Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) Human Rights and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rights regulations. Each individual has a private bedroom.
