Requirements for eligibility at our Food Pantry: 1. You must be a resident of Carroll County, VA and have a valid form of identification and proof of residency.2. You may visit our Fulcher Street site only once per month. The once-a-month rule is per household, not per individual. 3. If you must have someone else pick up your food, please be aware that you must make arrangements to come in person the first time and present your id to be registered.

Offers counseling and assistance to transients. CCMA provides assistance with gasoline, bus tickets, overnight lodging, and meals. Transients can go to any of the churches in the CCMA to get help.
