Counseling on the Affordable Care Act and how it will impact the community. This is a free service to all community members. Certified Health Care Navigators are here to answer your questions or to help you navigate the Health Insurance Marketplace. Medicaid enrollment is always open. The Healthcare Insurance Marketplace open enrollment is open November 1 - January 15th. However some individuals may be eligible for special enrollment outside this period. Please call to determine if you qualify.
