IIH Eligibility: 1.Unable to recognize personal danger or inappropriate social behaviors. 2.At risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement due to conflicts with family, school officials or community. 3.Exhibits repeated inappropriate behaviors resulting in involvement with the judicial system, mental health, physical health, social services or school truancy. 4.When the youth's residence is more likely to be successful than a clinic in order to stabilize the family. 5.At least one parent/legal guardian or responsible adult with whom the youth is willing to participate in services with the goal of keeping the youth with the family.
Staff working with adults and families in the home are flexible regarding hours they see the clients.

These services include individual, couples, and family therapy; thorough assessments; advocacy; case management; and crisis intervention services. Home-based therapy services specialize in resolving issues of abuse, delinquency, school problems, oppositional/defiant behavior, emotional problems, and addictions.
