Co-Pay Assistance Program - New York, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society North Carolina - Virginia Region

LLS's Co-Pay Assistance Program offers financial support toward the cost of co-pays for insurance and covered prescription drugs, and insurance premiums. Patients must qualify both medically and financially for this program.
