Provides a regional multipurpose center for seniors 50 and over. Access to more than 60 group fitness classes, healthcare screenings, social programs, games, and wellness seminars each week. Diverse offerings are designed to support the whole person's body, mind, and spirit. From strength training and balance classes to educational workshops and community events, there is something for every interest and ability level.
