Homeless children and their families who are primarily from Planning District 16, which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline. In order to be considered for housing at Loisann's Hope House, you must have at least one minor child with you or be pregnant with a child at the time you are referred to Loisann's Hope House.
Facility operates everyday 24 hours, 7 days a week

The Emergency Family Shelter program is comprised of six homes that can safely house up to 18 families of any composition with minor children. Shelter offers immediate crisis housing options including wraparound case management support, shelter, access to food, clothing, showers, laundry, and the bus line.
