Parents must show proof that children meet the following eligibility requirements: Less than 19 years of age Resident of Arlington County Family income at or below 200% FPL Not covered by private insurance

9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday and 9am to 11:30am on Saturdays

Eligibility is assessed before the first medical appointment and annually thereafter. Please call 703.717.7545 to schedule an appointment to register your child.

Offers acute care for illness, injury and chronic conditions. Provides preventative, well child examinations, hearing and vision testing, school and sports physicals, developmental assessments, immunizations. Also provides referrals to pediatric specialists, care coordination, health education, lab and radiology services. Mental health and nutritionist services on site. Pharmacy assistance for uninsured. Assistance with applications for Medicaid and FAMIS benefits.
