Personal Care: Provides personal assistance, stand-by assistance, supervision or cues for individuals who are unable to do one or more of the following: eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, walking, or transferring in and out of bed/chair. Homemaker Services: Provides qualified seniors with a cleaning and companion service, which includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, using the telephone, and managing money. This service may be provided for purpose of respite for family caregivers.
