Intake includes a financial analysis, spending plan, action plan, disclosures, privacy policy, authorization to share information and permission to pull a credit report. Description

This program provides low-interest loans for homebuyers, down payment and closing cost assistance, home repair loans, and a Homeownership Education Program. Staff also provide housing counseling which includes budget and credit counseling, mortgage default and foreclosure counseling, Fair Housing counseling, and financial management.
