White Cane Program - Baltimore, National Federation of the Blind (NFB)

Eligibility
Any blind individual in the fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico can request a cane for their personal use. Requests can be made as often as every six months.

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process
Must complete a Free White Cane Online Application.
Fees
No fee.
