Description
An early childhood initiative designed to ensure that young children, from birth to five, are prepared for success in school and success in life. SBRA implements several early childhood strategies in the cities of Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park; and the counties of Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania, and Stafford to enhance the quality of early childhood education and service programs.
