Provides nutritional food to income eligible individuals and their families. Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards are distributed to acquire approved purchases. Individuals may visit the web site to determine eligibility. For lost EBT card, call Customer Service at 1-866-281-2448. May also visit local Department of Social Services to request new card.
