Strategies To Elevate People, or STEP, is an inter-denominational, inner-city ministry serving the Gilpin Court, Jackson Ward and Carver Communities. STEP meets the needs in these communities by partnering with local churches and other community leaders to develop solutions, utilizing the gifts and talents of the body of Christ.
