The Homeless Connection Line (HCL) is a crucial community resource for those experiencing homelessness or within a few days of losing their current housing. The HCL offers trained Diversion Specialists who can assist households within 3 days of losing their housing to problem-solve, access community resources, and connect to homeless assistance if needed.
