10am to 8pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 6pm on Wednesdays, and 10am to 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Application process

Blind or visually impaired. By application only. Applications are available from the Main Library and many doctors, therapists and eye care professionals.

Audiobook service sponsored by the Library of Congress' National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, called Talking Books, is offered to program qualified individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Descriptive videos (videos with audio reading component) are also available to individuals who qualify for the Talking Book Service.
