Financial Empowerment Center
The FEC is a service provided through Freedom First Credit Union and E3 Endeavors to support financial well-being to individuals and families. We provide no-cost, one-on-one financial counseling to anyone in the SW and Central areas of Virginia. Sessions can be administered in-person or over the phone.
