Description
CARITAS provides 24/7 shelter, meals, and access to showers for laundry. Clients are able to work with Case management staff towards a specified a Housing Stabilization plan. This individualized plan identifies barriers to housing, establishes housing goals and identifies the steps that are necessary for individuals and families to exit shelter and return to self-sufficiency. Clients must be referred for shelter through the Housing Crisis Line. Do NOT accept walk-ins.
