The Institute for Early Learning offers professional learning opportunities for educators working with children. Courses, workshops and online sessions provide educational opportunities that support quality learning experiences and quality learning experiences and quality learning environments for children of all ages. Early Childhood Programs and Services (ECPS) supports the care, education and development of children from birth through elementary school. By collaborating with early childhood professionals, families, schools and community partners, ECPS helps children reach their fullest potential.
