Description
Focuses on housing for homeless and at-risk households by providing coordinated intake/assessment, temporary financial assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services to individuals and families who are homeless or would be homeless but for this assistance. Temporary financial assistance includes rental assistance, security deposits, and utility deposits, utility payments, and moving cost.. Temporary assistance and services for housing relocation and stabilization include case management, housing search and placement, mediation and credit repair. MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER THIS PROGRAM. Funded through the Department of Housing and Community Development's Virginia Homeless Solutions Program
