Description
Provides care during the day for impaired or frail adults in a group setting away from their individual homes. Assists adults who have have physical, mental and/or social problems that require more individual supportive and rehabilitative services than can be offered in the senior center. Individual evaluation is made for each participant and services are designed to meet the individual needs and desires for a particular client.
