Priorities include: -Individuals with disabilities -Victims of domestic violence -Individuals that are homeless/at risk of becoming homeless Must meet federal income guidelines based on the local Median Family Income, which is adjusted annually. Participants are limited to earning no more than 80% of median income with priority given to lower income households. Call for information
