Administers the Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance program funded by Housing and Urban Development through the Virginia Housing Development Authority. Issues housing vouchers to income eligible residents to assist with rent costs. Does not offer the Voucher Homeownership Program.

A private, nonprofit agency supported by federal, state and local funds. Helps with emergency services, education, rental assistance, energy efficiency and home improvement programs.
