Initial benefit claims may also be filed by phone using the toll-free 866 Intake number or on the website by clicking on the Unemployment Insurance tab. Weekly continued claims may be filed on the same website or by phone using the Alternate number. Requires a PIN (personal identification number) issued when the initial claim is filed.
