4-H Club - Tappahannock, Virginia Cooperative Extension - Virginia Tech
Provides a youth development program for children ages 5-18 years. Children learn leadership, citizenship and life skills in the program. They are able to discover and build on their abilities to make good decisions, manage resources wisely, work effectively with others and communicate successfully. They also provide a camping program that provides character building experiences.
