Description

Helps qualified low income families become homeowners. Provides training in budgeting, credit and homeownership skills. Also participates in the Regional Loan Fund program for reduced interest rate mortgage funds and federal grants for down payment assistance. Serves the residents of all five counties of the Rappahannock-Rapidan District. In Madison, Culpeper, Orange and Rappahannock counties.
