Eligibility
Animals must be 3 months old and weigh a minimum of 3 pounds. Animals 8 years old or older must be seen by their regular veterinarian before being scheduled for surgery. Please call the Clinic for more information.

Application process
Please keep all pets in your car until paperwork is completed. Dogs must be on leashes; cats must be in appropriate carriers.
