Combines Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) rental assistance for homeless Veterans with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Provides these services for participating veterans at Veteran's Administration medical centers (VAMCs) and at community based outreach clinics.
