Description
Adult Protective Services/Adult Services are provided to impaired adults 18 years of age or older and to adults age 60 years of age or older. Assistance is offered in the form of home-based care (such as companion, chore, or homemaker services), assessment for nursing facility or assisted living facility care, and/or make referrals to nutrition services through congregate meal programs or home delivered meals.
