Application process

o register for a program, you must fully complete registration forms, sign the parent agreement, and submit payment. Registration forms received after the deadline date will be subject to a late fee. To register for YMCA programs, you may do any of the following: Register online WALK IN to the Brooks Family YMCA or the Jefferson School City Center.
