Instead, it works to change service delivery systems, laws, policies, regulations, and funding sources and amounts, and to communicate the issue - to ensure that children and their families have access to quality services early in life, and the support they need to enter school ready to succeed.

Thrive Birth to Five (TB5) is an early childhood system building organization in the Richmond Region. TB5’s regional early childhood coalition convenes 125+ diverse public and private organizations to work collectively to ensure all children are ready to succeed in school, work, and life. Partners include childcare entities, school systems, state and local government, nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, and local businesses.
