"A Matter of Balance" is a fall prevention program designed to reduce fear of falling and encourage physical activity in older adults. It involves interactive workshops, exercise training, and environmental modifications to address the root causes of falls. The program is offered in small groups, led by trained coaches, and typically consists of eight two-hour sessions.
