Serves economically disadvantaged children, ages 3 to 5, by providing comprehensive services in the area of education, health/nutrition, mental health and social services. The program works with parents in partnership with the belief that parents are the most important influence on their children. Culpeper Human Services Head Start is committed to supporting parents in child rearing, education and creating opportunities for self-sufficiency.
