Provides emergency assistance to families with utility bills. CCAP gives up to $200 per year per household. CCAP will not pay on bills that are above $500. If the bill is over $500, client must bring proof of who else is helping with the bill. Client has to bring proof of income or be able to certify why they are not working. Offer Firewood from November through April as long as supplies last.
