Must have a disconnect or cut-off notice or medical Indicator. Primarily service Richmond city residents but service Henrico when there is funding available. Can not be a finalized or already disconnected account. We cannot assist until you pay to turn service back on.

For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion's energy assistance program of last resort with assistance with payment of a primary heating or cooling source. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program. Maxium pledge of $600 for heating during heating season and $300 during cooling season.
