Provides independent living apartments and assisted living services without changing residence. Offers on site rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Includes meals, weekly housekeeping,activities, lounges, and more. Free transportation available for residents to physician appointments, shopping and other personal appointments. Licensed by the State of Virginia to provide Assisted Living Services. Offers 24-hour on site licensed nurses who provide medication management, assistance with bathing, dressing and other personal services. Assisted Living Services are provided in the same apartment as the independent living services are offered.
