Eligibility for Clinical Services is determined by proof of household income and must be determined initially, and then annually, or whenever there is a change in financial status or the approved income scale. Proof of identification, household income, and health insurance (i.e., private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.,), must be presented at the time of service.

Description

Free confidential testing, treatment and education related to STDs. Provides, Public Health Nurses and STD Health Counselors who work together to provide risk reduction counseling, treatment, and partner notification in order to reduce transmission of STDs.
