Eligibility

Residents of the City of Norfolk, ages 18 and older, who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI) and/or substance use disorder(s).

Hours

While appointments are preferred as it guarantees you time with our licensed mental health providers, you may also access these services Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on a walk-in basis.
