Hours
8:30am to 4:30pm from Monday through Friday
Application process
A phone call is preferred prior to scheduling an intake appointment. An intake appointment takes approximately 1 1/2 hours. Consumers should bring their photo I.D., any health insurance cards and their income information.

Employment Network provider-- Can assist those who want to work and have been issued a Ticket to Work by Social Security.

Supports the efforts of persons with disabilities to live independently in the community. Helps the community in creating an environment that is open and accessible to all citizens. LACIL is committed to independent choice and self-direction. Donations are accepted.
