The Loudoun County MHSADS Leesburg Clinic provides outpatient behavioral health services for Loudoun County citizens and families who are experiencing mental health issues. Services include medical services, mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment and case management.

The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse & Developmental Services (MHSADS) is the central point of entry to mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities services in Loudoun. The Department of MHSADS has a variety of programs designed to provide information and referral, supports and/or services to individuals and families facing mental illness, substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. Each program is guided by person-centered plans, which identify the individual's and/or family's goals supporting their recovery needs.
