Complete an application and return with the application fee, copies of photo ID and Social Security cards for adults (+18) & birth certificates & social security cards for all minors to Orchard Court Leasing office to be processed. There should be a determination that takes no longer than 10 days. Once a determination is made a letter is mailed out to the applicant(s)
