Call with a request for service. The client intake advisor records all pertinent information. An assessment is scheduled with the registered nurse. Assessment is completed and a plan of care is developed. Agree on a start date. Orient the caregiver then begin services. A care Services Agreement is signed before service begins. Depending on payor type such as Medicaid, all Medicaid requirements need to be in place. Private pay can begin immediately. VA Community Care Network, we need to receive the referral for service from the VA.

Medicaid, VA Community Care Network and Veteran's Aid & Attendance all determine the number of hours and if any copays are required. Private pay runs between $25/hour and $40/hour depending on level of service and number of hours per shift. We do not have a minimum number of hours required.
