Once paperwork is received from your Physician, our Director of Nursing will assess your records and determine if you are a good candidate for our facility. Note* We are not a skilled nursing facility, and therefore do not accept admissions from anyone with feeding tubes, IV's, or that require more than 2 persons assisting. Upon approval from our Director of Nursing, you will need to come in to complete the leasing paperwork and provide insurance information. You must move in within 30 days of your TB test being done.
