Application process
The following documentation is required at the time of sign-up: 1. Identification - Driver's License or Picture ID or Passport. 2. Verification of total household income for EVERYONE who lives in and brings in income in the household. (Payroll check, social security, child support, etc.) 3. Birth Certificates or another Official form of Identification on ALL children ages 12 & under. 4. Receipts for ANY and ALL expenses (Utility bills, rent receipts, etc.) 5. Social Security cards for every member in the household. If you are missing any of the above mentioned documentation, you will be asked to return with the correct information during the normal sign up dates and times.
