Provides a Treatment Foster Care Program that accepts children and adolescents, 0-21 years old, who may be challenged or limited by behavioral/emotional problems, intellectual disabilities, medical/physical conditions or developmental delays. Also provides an Independent Living Program for Teens Age 16+ who are leaving foster care, and Therapeutic Mentoring Services, a program that is open to the community.
