Eligibility

Hope Center Ministries accepts individuals who meet the following general criteria: Adult men (18+) seeking residential recovery support for substance use Medically stable and able to participate in a structured, long-term program Physically capable of completing daily program activities, including vocational training Not currently receiving SSDI/SSI or similar disability income Not taking medications that fall outside of the program’s approved list No history of sex-related charges or convictions Willing to commit to program guidelines, including a structured schedule and residential requirements Open to faith-based programming and community living Additional screening may be required, and acceptance is contingent upon bed availability and final review by program staff.

Application process

Individuals interested in Hope Center Ministries begin by completing an initial application and screening, which can be submitted directly or through a referral source such as an attorney, probation officer, or family member. Program staff review the application to ensure the individual meets eligibility requirements and may conduct a phone interview to clarify medical history, legal status, and program expectations. If approved, an acceptance is issued contingent upon bed availability, and an intake date is coordinated. Transportation may be arranged when appropriate. Upon arrival, the individual completes intake paperwork, receives an orientation to program guidelines, and begins the residential recovery program.

Fees

A one-time, non-refundable program fee of $700, which covers participation in the 12-month residential program.
