Available to individuals 60 or older, with low incomes, who have an emergency need for transportation to a doctor, to the pharmacy, grocery store or other critical appointment. Provides curb to curb assistance for those who have no other source for transportation or means to pay for transportation. Individuals are transported by LOA vans.
