Income eligible homeowners and renters whose homes need to become energy efficient. The program targets households with members who are elderly, disabled, or under 18. Households must have incomes at or below 60% of the state median income, which is adjusted annually and based on household size. Call for information

The Weatherization Assistance Program provides funds to reduce the heating and cooling costs for low-income families and to ensure their health and safety. The program provides repairs and improvements to home heating and cooling systems and provides installation of energy-saving measures in the house, such as air sealing and insulation.
