FSRV provides individual outpatient counseling using a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s age, needs, and treatment goals. Counseling modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), person-centered therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Theraplay, and sandtray therapy. These approaches allow clinicians to individualize treatment for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, and other emotional or behavioral health needs.
